- Roughly how many homes A rough number is fine. We don't need an exact count to price it.
- Where it is The main entrance is enough for us to find the community.
- What you want priced Full management, or just the part that has stopped working.
- How to reach you A name, and a phone number or an email address.
What comes back: a written scope of what we'd handle for you, and a fee.
