Action Property Management, Inc. [APM] was founded on January 20, 1987 and since that day has offered a full range of professional management services to our communities. Our services include complete managerial services in billing, collections, payables, payroll and financials; enforcement of deed restrictions and the Declarations; maintenance contracts and management, the distribution of the pool ID cards, tennis and playground keys, and liaison between the Board of Directors, committees and homeowners.

We pride ourselves on being diversified and having the ability to tailor our services to meet the different needs of each Association. We provide prompt, courteous, professional services to alleviate the day-to-day problems facing the Board of Directors.

Over the years, APM has developed a strong and committed staff with the expertise knowledge and skills which encompasses all aspects of the property management field; including accounting, repairs and maintenance, landscaping issues, and most importantly the laws that governor the homeowners' associations.
